The Eastern Communication Association (ECA) is a service-oriented organization that was established in 1910. It has a vast history of achievement in researching, criticism, communication theory, and teaching. The organization is one Stevenson University’s The Mill looks up to in terms of mission and success.

The Mill produced branding and video advertising for ECA's conference titled "Building Bridges"in the spring of 2018.
